They are the BEST!

Frank has been nothing more than help. I owned a 2003 BMW 325Ci convertible and have taken it to a good amount of other mechanics - each telling me there was something wrong with the car when it was not, or the problem was something different. They were right on track and knew exactly what the problems were and nailed it. I live about an hour away from the shop and they would be the ONLY shop I would want to work on a European vehicle. Thanks to them I have become wiser and more knowledgeable in the car repairing world. Other mechanics have taken advantage of me because I am only 18 years old. Frank has not..he has treated me like I was his own son throughout the entire experience. I believe that is how a relationship should be ESPECIALLY when it comes to fixing a car. It should not be something such as going into a shop paying to fix your car and walk out. I recommend everyone and everyone i know that has a european vehicle to use them. They are the BEST!

Outstanding service!!!

Ok so Taylor's imports what a great little shop!! full of knowledge and expertise. Frank the guy in the front is a very easy person to talk to. Wether your talking auto tech talk or you barely know what a parking brake is he will break it down so you can understand. He will also recommend what he thinks is your best option. These guys really understand your car. I have an 02 Audi A4 and I thought I had blown my engine!!! A big knocking noise was coming from my engine. I had it towed to my regular shop and those guys had it for about 4 days they could not figure it out. So I had it towed to Taylor's. My wife had read a review about Taylor's when she was looking for a place besides the dealership. She called and spoke with Frank who said he would try to get my car in. After I think a full day Frank called and said that they knew what was going on with my car and it wasn't my worst nightmare a blown engine. So after he gave me a list of things that was going on with my cars computer they were able to fix the wrongs. Some sensors were bad and some neglected maintenance issues from the previous owner were also troubling. they repaired those things and got my car back on the road. If you have a leaky hose or need a radiator cap then sure take it to your local pep boys but if your flux capacitor is using way to much plutonium and your not getting the power out of your Delorean then call Frank or Keith at Taylor's and have Jason fix your ride!!! You won't be disappointed. Thank you Gentlemen for the outstanding service!!!

They always keep me informed on price

Taylor's is not cheap. They specialize in imports, and I believe that is a big part of the costs. However, they do a good job and try to do it as fast as possible. They always keep me informed on price and when the job will be finished.

This shop is a great place to go.

My check engine light came on, so I called a couple of different shops, but ended up deciding on Taylor's because of my initial interaction with Keith- he was nice, seemed genuine, and reassured me that they could get my car back into proper running condition on the type of budget that I had. When I got to Taylor's, they diagnosed the problem, and it turns out that a couple of coils had come loose, and I would need to replace them. I was a little worried that I wouldn't be able to afford these kinds of repairs. After they gave me a quote, and I compared it to what other shops were charging, I decided to go with Taylor's. They were able to fix my car in a couple of hours, and when i got it back it was running perfectly--no more check engine light and it ran great. This shop is a great place to go to if you want someone working on your car that is honest, doesn't try to make you fix or spend more than you need to, and makes you feel like they really value you as a customer.

Frank and Taylor's Sport-N-Import Service is the best!

This shop is amazing! My sister and I spent months trying to get her used car that she had just bought fixed. We went to several places and they claimed it was this or that and fixed it but it didn't; the car. We were staying at Lake Norman for the summer so I looked in the phone book to try and find a local place that worked on Mazdas. I found Taylor's. Frank was awesome and worked with us for a week trying to get the dealer to pay for the repairs and he knew exactly what was wrong with it. He went above and beyond to help me and my sister out and when we picked up the car we had a 3 hour drive home. It ran perfectly and still runs like new. Frank and Taylor's Sport-N-Import Service is the best! I would recommend them to everyone and if our cars need fixin' in the future I will take them to Frank and Taylor's even if I have to drive 3 hours. It would be worth it!!!!! Can't say enough good things about this place.

I really appreciated him saving me $600.

Taylor's ran a diagnostic check on a steering problem on my 2013 accord and determined that the steering column needed to be replaced. The replacement cost was $800. Keith then said he would happy to fix it but advised me to call Honda and nicely ask if they could help, even though it was past the warranty mileage. I called Honda and said they would replace it for $200. I really appreciated him saving me $600.

TOP NOTCH!

Rolled into Taylor's this morning with major problems! Idler pulley incinerated and shredded the serpentine belt to absolute pieces. Keith took a look at it, Knew exactly what I needed! Got me in and out; I was still in time to make it to school at NASCAR Technical Institute! Coming from NY, I was weary about finding a mechanic in the area, I think I have found the best one for import cars in the area! Service was good to say the least, the service writer was spot on with the est. & work was done on time inside the est.. Another shop said I needed over a thousand dollars of work for a no start & taylor's did find the problem & fix it for way less. Other shop miss the problem all together. Taylor's Sport-N-Import has worked on my 2000 Lexus ES300 several times, and I am always pleased with the service, the quality, and the efficiency of the work. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, and I trust that when my car is in the shop, I will NOT have to come back to fix the same repair. Nobody likes to come out of pocket for auto repairs however Keith's prices are always fair and better than dealerships. I plan to take my car back to Taylor's.

It was my first time at Taylor's. I felt the service was great and the staff was very friendly. Most importantly, unlike many other places I have been, there was absolutely no effort to "upsell" me. I came in for an oil change on my 2007 SL550 they checked out 30 other things on the car and didn't try to sell me anything. Said car was in great shape. I plan to take my car back to Taylor's for all my future service needs.

I am always pleased with the service they provide

The crew at Taylor's has worked on my Lexus several times, and I am always pleased with the service they provide. I recently had my brakes serviced, and I haven't heard a squeak or felt my steering wheel vibrate since. Plus, they were able to fix a service light that would mysteriously appear and disappear, which I had supposedly had "fixed" before. You cannot find a better repair shop.

I live 45 miles from this shop and believe me this is the only place that I will let work on my car. They have done everything from clutch change, motor overhauls and alignments. All done professionally, on time and within the estimate given. I have never in the 15 years of service from Taylor's had to return my car for and mistakes or reworks. Believe me in this day and time, you cannot find a better repair shop.

Worth the stop to have them check you vehicle.

Having a Mercedes, I have not had to experience the high cost of repairs due to an extended warranty. The warranty work was done in Charlotte (40 miles away). Now that the warranty has expired, the cost of repair is on my shoulders and can be a very scarry experience. Taylor's was very accomodating and very honest. Although they could not pinpoint my exact problem due to my vehicle not performing the way it did for me 3 times, they were honest about troubleshooting and fixing the obvious 1st. So far so good (knock on wood). I planned on staying a few hours and they offered a loaner car so my day could function as normal. I personally will be back (hopefully on preventitive maintenance items) and not trouble items. Either way, I know that they will do what they can to make the experience less painful in both the wait and cost arenas. Worth the stop to have them check you vehicle. Thank you!

We were traveling visiting friends in the area. Our vehicle broke down near Taylor's import garage. I walked back to the shop told what happened they went and got the car right then checked it out and found it to be something simple (as far as cars go). They fixed it right then. Keith's knowledge of my 308's motor is impressive.

Have been impressed with this business ever since I found them by accident about five years ago. Work was done on my Ferrari to a high degree of standards. There knowledge of imports is vast, how many Ferrari's roll in there for service each year, yet Keith's knowledge of my 308's motor is impressive. I only wish Taylor Imports was closer to me in Virginia, North Carolinian has a jewel!!

Taylor's Sport did a great job

My Audi a4 definitely needed some work to balance the alignment and smooth out the ride and Taylor's Sport did a great job of doing that. Now my car rides as smooth as when I bought it. It was a bit expensive but I cannot argue with the results.
